Many successful people use the same secret recipe to achieve the goals they set for themselves: they write down the goals they set in written form.
Various studies show that success is achievable for everyone. The most important condition is: the goals pursued must first be clearly and distinctly described and then written down. Writing down your goals has the binding effect of a contract. It encourages you more to keep your chosen focus in mind and realize it than is the case without written goals.
When formulating your goals, the following question is guiding: What am I satisfied with, and what am I not?
The goals can come from very different areas of life, such as "family and friends", "work", "income", "personal values" or even "body and health".
Set yourself short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals. Annual goals are also of great importance. The chosen goals may well be ambitious and challenging. It's not about "thinking small".
When implementing goals, concentration and assertiveness are what count most. No pain, no gain! The tree is felled because the axe is struck again and again in the exact same spot.
Get yourself a notebook. Write down your goals in it and illustrate them with small collages.
This gives you an extremely powerful tool for the subconscious, which exerts a strong influence on us.
Look at your collages several times a day if possible, preferably in the morning and evening.
Once you have achieved one of your goals, treat yourself to the reward you previously set for it.
