Refund policy

A. Right of withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following terms, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor attributable to his or her independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TERGOFIT B.V., Aarschotsesteenweg 33, 3110 Rotselaar, Belgien, Tel.: 016443362, E-Mail: info@santergo.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online on the website at the internet address https://www.santergo.com/pages/widerruf-formular. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email) with information on the content of the withdrawal statement as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal of this contract. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless Unless something else was expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to cover any loss in value of the goods if that loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to inspect their condition, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, do not belong to a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are outside the European Union.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please don’t send the goods back to us postage due.
3) Please note that the above items 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
