Shipping & Delivery

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across Europe, ensuring the highest reliability and fast delivery times.

Our warehouse is located in Germany. Within Germany, we usually deliver within 2-3 business days. For other EU countries, the delivery time is 3-5 business days.

The delivery time consists of two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality control, and packaging. All orders are forwarded to our warehouse in Germany within 24 hours of receipt. Processing in the warehouse takes an additional 1-2 business days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for your order to get from the warehouse to you. Within Germany, shipping takes 2-3 business days, within the EU 3-5 business days. We ship with DHL, GLS, and partly with DPD.
