Everything stems from our thoughts!
Your thoughts are the source of your feelings and sensations. When we think of beautiful and happy moments, positive, joyful feelings arise in us. Negative thoughts, on the other hand, never give us a good feeling. How we think is how we feel. Accordingly, we direct our actions and shape our lives.
If we follow scientific studies in their statements, the majority of people think negatively.
Those who fundamentally think many negative thoughts also experience more negative things in life.
If you think more positively, you will also experience more positive things in life. In short: people who see their future in terms of opportunities and possibilities coming their way will, from this perspective, also get more opportunities and possibilities. Other contemporaries, on the other hand, who sense problems always and everywhere around them, virtually attract problems, bad luck, and misfortune.
The well-known Belgian coach and success trainer, Carl Van de Velde, believes that 80% of our success depends on the thoughts we think. Therefore, he encourages everyone to become a "gardener in the garden of their own thoughts". A beautiful image that can make it clear to us: bad thoughts should be regarded as weeds and subsequently fought with all available means.
How you think is how you feel! If you want to get ahead in life, your thoughts must always increase in goodness, positivity, and optimism. However, many people live in constant fear. This is because they regularly allow themselves negative thoughts unconsciously and uncontrollably. Does that ring a bell with you?!
Then start to interrupt and reshape the constant flow of negative thoughts.
An alternative to positive thinking is doing positive things!
In each of us lies the capacity for phenomenal things!
Wear a rubber band around your wrist for 9 weeks. Every time you catch yourself having a negative thought, pull it briefly and let go again. That really hurts! But that is exactly the point of the exercise.
The brain will do everything to avoid this pain and couples it with negative thoughts.
This is how thoughts can be influenced.
If thoughts change, the quality of life changes!
