Jogging extends your life.
Every hour you spend jogging promises seven additional hours of life.
If I am exaggerating, that is at least not my intention.
I take this claim from an American study conducted on 55.000 people.
But be that as it may, it can be considered a fact that people who exercise have fewer health problems and a higher life expectancy.
Exercise is good for your body.
It promotes the performance and health of your cardiovascular system, stimulates metabolism, and ensures a fresh mind.
If you jog or do any other sport, you should spend at least 30 minutes on it each time.
After about 20 minutes, our body releases endorphins, known as "happy hormones", and fat burning is boosted to full speed.
Run at your own pace.
As long as you haven't found it yet, it's better to run a little slower than too fast.
A sporting activity two to three times a week would be ideal.
If that seems like a lot to you, see it as an investment that you will get back double and triple.
Make an agreement with yourself.
Schedule two to three fixed appointments per week in your calendar to do sports.
There is choice enough: jogging, Nordic walking, cycling, swimming, playing volleyball or badminton, and more.
And if none of that fits, go for a walk at least three times a week for at least an hour.
