For shipping within Germany, we want to give you a special shopping experience and therefore we cover the shipping costs for you, so that your order is delivered to your home free of charge and as a premium shipment.

The shipping costs outside of Germany are transparently displayed to you in the checkout before you make your payment.

We know how important fast and secure deliveries are. That is why your order within Germany and the EU is carefully packaged and shipped insured so that it arrives safely at your doorstep. The delivery time for Germany is usually 1-3 business days, so you can hold your desired products in your hands very soon.

Shipping to the rest of the EU takes 2-5 business days, in exceptional cases up to 7 business days.

We mainly ship with DHL, GLS and sometimes with DPD.

Yes, our deliveries are 100% insured.

We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Czech Republic, France, Monaco, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Other countries are available upon request.

Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy. After receiving the goods, you can easily return the item within 14 days.

If you find any defects in product quality, you have the option to return the item to us within 14 days.

We cover the return shipping costs for Germany. For all other countries, the buyer bears these costs, unless it is a defect or a manufacturing error.
