Everything comes from our thoughts!
Your thoughts are the source of your emotions and feelings. When we think about beautiful and happy moments, positive, joyful memories come up in us. Negative thoughts on the other hand never give us a good feeling. As we think, so we feel. Therefore, we arrange our activities and shape our lives accordingly.
According to scientific studies, the majority of people think negatively.
Those who think a lot of negative thoughts will experience more negative things in life.
If you think more positively, you will also experience more positive things in life. In short: People who see their future from the perspective of coming opportunities and possibilities will also get more opportunities and possibilities. Other contemporaries, who smell problems all the time and everywhere around them are attracted by problems, bad luck, and misfortune.
The well-known Belgian coach and success trainer, Carl Van de Velde, believes that 80% of success depends on the thoughts that we think. Therefore, he encourages everyone to become a “gardener in the garden of their own thoughts”. A beautiful picture that can make us understand: Unpleasant thoughts should be considered as weeds and should be fought with all available tools.
How you think, how you feel! If you want to progress in life, your thoughts must always increase in goodness, positivity, and optimism. However, many people live in constant fear. This is due to the fact that they regularly allow themselves to think negative and uncontrolled thoughts without conscious awareness. Does that ring a bell in your life?!
Then start by stopping and transforming the constant stream of negative thoughts.
An alternative to positive thinking is to do positive things!
In each of us lies the ability to do phenomenal things!
